Since 1993, Riese & Müller has placed riders and their needs at the heart of every development. To improve the riding experience beyond the product, the Weiterstadt-based manufacturer of premium E-Bikes and E-Cargo bikes is expanding its portfolio in model year 2019 with pioneering networking and digital services. This will make Riese & Müller E-Bikes even more useful and enjoyable for everyday life. The Rider-centric Experience (RX) is always paramount – so that riders can concentrate fully on the unique riding dynamics.
With the start of the new model year 2019, Riese & Müller is taking the Rider-centric Experience (RX) to a new level. A new digital service portal for dealers and end customers ensures a closer connection between the rider and his E-Bike. From warranty registration to stored manuals and instructions and the arrangement of service appointments, everything can be found in one central location. Riders and dealers benefit equally from the direct connection. The platform will be launched at the end of 2018.
With the new production status, customers can check when their bike is being hand made and they are kept informed of any changes to the delivery dates. When a customer orders his ideal bike from the dealer, he'll receive a bike code that can be entered on r-m.de to find out the exact production date.
