The new UBN Five commute.
01.07.2024
Mühltal, Germany, 01/07/2024: Riese & Müller, the premium e-bike and cargo bike manufacturer, will present its UBN Five commute model version for the new 2025 model year.
This will transform the ideal urban bike into an all-road all-rounder – with sportily distinctive gravel tires, drop bar and high-quality, 11-speed Shimano GRX derailleur gears.
Its specially selected equipment package thus enables riders to do much more than just short weekend rides. Boasting a lightweight and quiet Fazua drive system, the focus is very much on effortless, dynamic riding experiences.
Innovative operation and myriad connectivity features position the bike out front in terms of technology.
From urban bike to all-road all-rounder.
On the UBN Five commute, the levels of assistance of the Fazua Ride 60 drive system are selected using the new Road Control, which is operated by two unobtrusive buttons on the left and right of the drop handlebar.
Even more striking, however, are its gravel tires: Schwalbe G-One all-round tires provide grip on both paved and unpaved roads and tracks, and roll easily and with low vibration. And for enhanced comfort off-road, the UBN Five commute comes with a suspension fork as standard.
The UBN Five commute is available in the colour selva and is equipped with a pannier rack, an SP Connect smartphone interface and an RX Chip for extensive connectivity features. The battery provides 430 Wh, and the bike is available in 45, 51 and 57 cm frame sizes.
