Intuitive, clear, free of charge – the RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your Riese & Müller bike. It allows you to keep track of all important data and find repair shops in your area. If you have booked the Connect Service, the app connects you digitally to your bike: it shows its location, tours travelled and comprehensive riding statistics in real time.

How does the digital alarm work?

Reliably activated in a flash: the digital bike alarm in our RX Connect app reports unusual activities directly to your smartphone in real time. You will receive a push notification if your bike is moved or removed suspiciously. This lets you know immediately so you can respond quickly.

We’ll bring your bike back to you.

How does the replacement process work?

If your bike is stolen despite all the protective measures: we’ll do everything we can to get it back.

You report the theft to us and the police.
Professional bike hunters then start to track it down.
If successful, your bike will be secured and delivered to the dealer.
If your bike is damaged, it will be repaired free of charge.
You will get your premium bike back – almost like new.
You will receive an equivalent new bike if your bike cannot be found after 14 days.
