Delite mountain und Packster nuvinci gehören zu den innovativsten Produkten des Jahres 2017.

Die Modelle Delite Mountain und Packster nuvinci des Darmstädter Herstellers von Premium-E-Bikes Riese & Müller wurden mit dem Design & Innovation Award 2017 ausgezeichnet.

Der Design & Innovation Award wurde 2013 gegründet und ist der führende Award der Bike-Industrie. Sein Anspruch geht weit über das hinaus, was bereits bestehende Awards voraussetzen. Ziel ist es, die internationale Bike-Branche nachhaltig zu verbessern, Inspirationen zu schaffen, Trends zu formulieren und länderübergreifend Know-how zu vermitteln. Die eingereichten Produkte werden von einem erfahrenen Team des Enduro Mountainbike-, E-Mountainbike- und Gran Fondo Cycling-Magazin intensiv getestet, geprüft und diskutiert. Auch Insider-Wissen aus wegweisenden Gesprächen mit der Bikeindustrie und branchenexternen Größen fließen in den Award mit ein. Nur die besten und innovativsten Produkte werden mit dem Design & Innovation Award ausgezeichnet.

Das Delite mountain wurde in der Kategorie „E-Mountainbikes“ ausgezeichnet. Es sticht mit seinem hochwertigen Rahmen, der Control Technology mit Vollfederung und den griffigen Mountainbikereifen als echtes Komfortwunder hervor. DualBattery Technologie und Komponenten wie ein fest installiertes Licht und die Trinkflaschen seitlich am Steuerrohr erhöhen die Tourentauglichkeit. „Weiter fahren, mehr erleben!“ wird das Motto des Gewinner-Modells beschrieben.

Das Packster nuvinci erhielt seine Gewinner-Auszeichnung in der Kategorie „Urban“. Es überzeugt durch seine klare minimalistische Formensprache und ein gutes Handling auch bei voller Zuladung. Doppelte Reichweite durch das DualBattery-Konzept und der starke Bosch Performance CX Motor unterstützen auch auf langen Touren. Punkte gab es auch für die Variabilität im Zubehör. Abschließend wird das Packster als „wegweisendes E-Cargobike“ beschrieben.
