Mühltal, Germany, 04/11/2024: Riese & Müller, the premium manufacturer of e-bikes and cargo bikes, has been honoured with the German Sustainability Award in the company category “Two Wheelers”.

This award is considered as Europe’s foremost award for ecological and social commitment, and has been awarded since 2008 by the German Sustainability Award Foundation. It honours companies that contribute effectively and successfully to the sustainable transformation of the economy.

 

“It is great that we have won the German Sustainability Award. The award demonstrates that we have achieved our Vision 2025, and is a reward for our hard work on the issue of social-ecological transformation,” explains Dr. Sandra Wolf, Riese & Müller CEO. “The process we have begun is a mammoth task. This award motivates us even more to continue along this path and make a real difference.”

 

The award ceremony for the German Sustainability Award for companies will be held on 28 November, 2024 in Düsseldorf.
