Cookie settings

Individually define your cookie settings on our website here. Further information on the individual cookies is available below and in our Privacy Statement.

  • Required information.

When you visit our page, we automatically save your language settings to display the page in your preferred language. This setting is also applied if you actively switch between countries and languages. In addition, linked data, for instance required for the My Bike area, is stored across pages for user recognition purposes. The same applies to your consent to accept or refuse cookies. They are not set if you refuse them. Unfortunately you cannot use our website without these cookies.

  • For your security.

We use what is referred to as a CSRF token to protect against CSRF (Cross-site request forgery) to ensure that forms, such as the contact form or login, are sent securely.

  • For an optimum user experience.

We save your location data in the form of your IP address and/or postcode to help you search for a dealer as quickly as possible. We are thus able to immediately show you results in your town/city and surroundings. You need to consent to the use of Google Maps for this purpose. Cookies are also required to eliminate any security restrictions related to your IP address. They do not contain information to identify you as the user. We also save the bike you last viewed.

  • For our statistics and further development.

Third-party cookies are set on our website, especially by Google. We use Google Analytics to gather statistical data. To this end, a unique ID is registered to record user behaviour on our website (number of visits, time spent, etc.) and information for advertising purposes. This information includes, among other things, your last Google searches or previous interactions with advertisements. This enables us to display relevant advertisements on other websites matched to your interests. In addition, we use Google Maps to display dealers local to you and offer better search functions. Your location and IP address are transferred to Google Maps for this purpose. We use YouTube for tracking and analysis purposes to embed videos. We also require your consent to deactivate Google Tracking for the respective tracking ID. Cookies also help to optimise the performance of the website and guarantee security by storing digitally signed and encrypted recordings of your Google account ID and the time of your last login. This enables Google to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login information, and protect user data from unauthorised parties. Furthermore, it also prevents the browser from sending this cookie together with cross-site requests.

Responsibility

Today, we are already working on the mobility of tomorrow and thus bear responsibility for a future worth living. In doing so, we are remaining true to ourselves—in a fast-growing market.
We ask the question: How we can rethink the conventional? We have already taken the first steps towards achieving this ambition. Now the aim is to find new solutions to increasing requirements and to meet the demands of the market. Here, we need to rethink the usual and invite others to venture down new paths together with us.

» We are on the go. «

Dr. Sandra Wolf, CEO of Riese & Müller

The change begins in Mühltal

We at Riese & Müller are aware that our growing significance on the market as a brand goes hand in hand with a great deal of responsibility. Not just for our products, but above all for nature, the climate, people and society. In order to face this challenge, we will continue to steer the existing corporate culture in a direction that has sustainable thinking and action at its heart. What’s more: We would like to not only take a strong stance for environmental protection but play an active part in a movement promoting responsible utilization of our resources.

Green power and colorful diversity

This credo is already anchored at many points and in the implementation of numerous projects and activities at the company. The construction of the new company headquarters in Mühltal is an important step in this change. The building boasts optimum conditions to achieve our goals and makes the spirit of the brand able to be experienced by anyone who enters it. It reflects Riese & Müller’s innovative prowess, is powered in a completely CO2-neutral manner and provides our employees with good working conditions.

The minimalist-style rooms offer space for thoughts to flow freely, amid a pleasant nature setting. This adapted working environment enables us to foster a new mindset and conduct. These are the ideal basic conditions to pursue our path towards an environment in which the connection between creativity and environmental protection plays a central role across all activities.

A sign of binding commitment

We are making a voluntary pledge, embodied by a special label. In our fields of activity, this label reveals interconnections, provides guidance and gives new ideas. Our “Seal of Responsibility” also acts as a reminder, because it emphasizes the binding commitment.

We report transparently on how we are adhering to our ambitions, throughout all our activities, in terms of ecological, economic, social and cultural responsibility.
