The new version of the RX Connect app has been available to all users since fall 2025. Riese & Müller presents a completely revamped design with a clear structure and personalization options, making the app your personal companion on every ride.

  • Modern design & personalization: The app has been completely redesigned and now provides all the important data and facts at a glance. The appearance can now be customized to match the frame color of your Riese & Müller e-bike.
  • Improved operation: Smooth animations, faster response times, and haptic feedback ensure a fluid and more pleasant user experience, e.g., when activating the digital bike alarm.
  • All functions in one app: From GPS tracking and digital logbook to real-time speedometer display, the RX Connect App 3.0 provides all important data on location, tours, alarm status, and bike management in a clear and centralized location.

What do I need to do to activate my RX service?

Every owner of a Riese & Müller e-bike with an RX chip can use the smart functions of RX Connect.

If you are not yet using RX services, you can activate them by following these simple steps:

  1. Download the app
    Download the RX Connect app from the App Store or Google Play Store onto your smartphone.
  2. Create a customer account
    Create a customer account and log in with your access data.
  3. Register your bike
    Register your bike with the corresponding serial and frame numbers.
  4. Activate RX Service
    Select one of our services in the online shop.
